All content and materials provided by Kleanify, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and software, are the property of Kleanify and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability:

Kleanify shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.  

6. Termination:

Kleanify reserves the right to terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions.  

7. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of India.

8. Changes to Terms:  

Kleanify reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel your Kleanify services at any time.


• Cancellation will stop future billings.


• Cancellation can be done by emailing hello@kleanify.co.

2. Refund Policy:

• Kleanify services are generally non-refundable.


• However, in exceptional circumstances, if you believe you are entitled to a refund, you may submit a request to hello@kleanify.co.


• Your request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


• We will evaluate your case and see if it qualifies for a refund within 7 working days.


• The decision to provide a refund is at the sole discretion of Kleanify.

3. Service Information:

• Kleanify provides online email marketing services.


• The service is not refundable, but is cancellable at any time.

• All services are delivered digitally through online platforms and email communication.


• Access to our services and deliverables will be provided through online access, or email.
